2811 DHCP not allowing clients to register in reverse DNS.

We do DHCP in our routers. When we installed some 2811 routers we discovered clients getting DHCP from those routers do not register in the reverse DNS zone. I set up a lab and did recreate the issue. If I swap out the 2811 in my lab with an 3620(in this case) the clients do register in the reverse dns zone. My dhcp scope is as follows:

ip dhcp pool com2

network 10.99.25.0 255.255.255.0

dns-server 10.99.16.139 10.99.16.120

default-router 10.99.25.1

netbios-name-server 10.99.16.39 10.99.100.20

Nothing special in the scope.

How do I get my clients to register to the reverse DNS zone when using a 2800 series router?
