Can someone please tell me how to enable IP routing on a 2811 router? When I add the "IP CEF" command to the startup config, it'll ask me to enable ip routing first. Thank you!

Usually ip routing is enabled by default on 2811 routers (and on all routers). It sounds like someone may have disabled ip routing on your router. To enable it use the command:
ip routing
It is pretty simple. Give it a try and let us know how it works.
If it does not work then perhaps you could post the output of show protocol and the output of show run.
