Were you able to see if the image is on flash within ROMMON? What happens if you type Boot at the ROMMON prompt?

Rajesh,

You can do the following:

1. after the image is downloaded to flash do #verify flash:c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T7.bin

2. Go to config mode and #boot system flash

3. wri mem

4. Reload..

If this does not work, then re-download the IOS image from cisco website or try loading another image. may be the image was corrupt.

try

reset at ROMMON if that doesnot work see if u have IOS image.

You can try to copy IOS once again from ROMMON through hyperterminal if booting from earlier file doesnot solve your problem.
