2901 voice Router cannot be accessed during FXS failure

Hi,

One of our client encountered this type of problem to thier two Cisco 2901 voice routers where when the fxs module is having problem they could no longer telnet to the equipment. Though router is still running or functioning, they need to manually  reboot the whole equipment to regain access into it. FXS card will back functioning as soon as the router restarted.

Please help!
