2921 Router will support BGP by default?

We wanted to configure VPN in 2921 router and configure routing with BGP.

  I have installed  evaluation license for DATA and SECURITY . But now we ordered only SECURITY license fro the router.

For VPN we need Security license , but BGP will be enabled by default or do we need to install DATA license for that?

I deal with ISR G1's and ISR G2's on a daily basis, and I promise with the HSEC license, you will be able to run BGP.

So i need to buy only SECK9 license , for BGP  - DATA license is not not required ?

For instance, we always buy SECK9 license, and it's always included BGP.
