Is the card WIC 1T on router 3620 support a rate of 4Mbps and if it is compatible with a V35 interface?

Hi ,

You need to use a NM-4T card , and you can use the two interfaces out of that for your 4 M connectivity .

In case if both the connecting routers are cisco , you can go for " encapsulation hdlc " also , which is by default in cisco devices.
