3745 E3 problems

Hi,

I'm having problems when I upgrade the main memory on my Cisco 3745. I am upgrading to 512 from 128. When I bring the router up after the memory install the E3 card has big problems. I have attached a console capture of the router booting. The E3 stays down with a loss of signal status.

IOS Version is 12.2(8r)T2.

Any help will be rated.

Hi,

As you have encountered a crash /BUS error events, try the following.

Power down the router, remove all the network modules and try powering up the router.

If this works fine, try installing the modules one by one and power up the router.

Sometime reseating the modules will resolve these types of crashes.
