i'm trying to upgrade a number of 3700 routers (3745s) with the following IOS images
c3745-advsecurityk9-mz.123-8.T11.bin
c3745-advsecurityk9-mz.123-7.T12.bin
but the upload fails after making the initial connection
username/password are all ok and i get an error message in my logs

has anyone seen this or resolved it before
the router is ok for memory in flash
