Hello All,
We have some 3750G switches that have recently started losing their routing statements in their configurations. This has affected at least 3 switches in our building. All have EIGRP, and some have added BGP routes - and they've all been lost. I'll reload the routing statements, and days - or hours later - they'll disappear from the config again.
All have the same software and IOS images below:
12.2(53)SE1 C3750-IPSERVICESK9-M
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance...

Is it correct to assume that you configure the routing statements and that they then work as expected? And that some time later they disappear and stop working? Is it possible that you configure the statements but that there is a problem with saving the config? So that if the switch were to reboot that the statements would be gone?
HTH

Check your SNMP configs. TAC has confirmed that this behavior is seen on devices configured with easy to guess SNMP strings (like "private" and "public") and RW access.
Please see http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/access-lists/13608-21.html#anc50 for tips on how to harden SNMP.
The ipForwarding MIB allows users to disable routing and forwarding with an snmpset.
