We tried to install the 6 packet memory modules of 3GE-GBIC-SC NO. 2to 3GE-GBIC-SC NO. 1 but the 3GE-GBIC-SC NO. 1 did not sync with the GRP-B. It seems that 3GE-GBIC-SC NO. 1 does not accept any packet memory modules higher than 256MB. Do we have to upgrade the firmware/version of the hardware? If yes, kindly provide us the procedure or any link on how to do upgrade the hardware.
