4port OC3 on cisco 12000 problem

my 4 port OC3/POS-mm is on my 12000 with GRS (R5000) 12012 router

it returns this error

"Fabric downloader version used n/a (rom version is unknown)

i have diags it and the result is

FIELD DIAGNOSTIC*****DOWNLOAD FAILURE***

please help

you have already opened a thread on this or you are talking of a different linecard?

I would go on on first thread if the linecard is the same.
