6509 SUP2T -Upgrade from 12.2 to 15.1

Hi all,

I need to know where I can find informations regarding the upgrade procedure and requirements.

Also the following ROM is on the SUP2T:
ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(50r)SYS2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Should this also be upgraded for IOS Version 15.1!
