7204 output queue drops

I have a 7204vxr with a OC3 line, POS interface that is dropping packets. Utilization is less than 10%, so this concerns me, is there something I need to configure on the POS1/0 to make it more efficient?

Can we get a 'show version' 'show run int pos1/0' 'show interface pos1/0' and 'show controllers pos1/0'?

here are the show commands, I also received a suggestion to enable scrambling, but as soon as I did that, the protocol went down and I had an up/down state,

That interface looks clean. Do you have any QoS enabled on this interface? WRED causes my output drops counter to increment. I believe ACLs may cause this as well.
