I've been struggling to resolve a booting issue with our lab 7606-s with a single sup720-3bxl installed. This unit was configured and stayed powered down for severla months. A couple weeks ago I powered it up to do some development work and the router would only boot to Rommon. Here's the message I received:

I was unable to view the contents of bootflash: in rommon, same magic number error. I inserted a formated card with an IOS image into the front Disk0: slot and was able to boot IOS off that. Within IOS cli I was able to view bootflash: directory and files and confirm my boot image was still present.
Now upon boot I cannot even get to rommon. Here's what the boot process currently looks like from power-on:

ROM Monitor Can Not Recover From Exception
A Board Reset Is Issued
This "address error" repeats over and over again. I'm not sure if all of this is indicative of a hardware failure or if I'm overlooking a troubleshooting step.
