871 Router Crash

Hello everybody,

I'm new in the community and I would like to have some help with a 871 router crash.

I got some information from the crash file in the router's flash, I know there is a tool on Cisco.com but is only available to registered users with a Cisco service contract and I have no idea what is causing the crash.

I'll appreciate any help.

Are you sure?  According to the attachment, the crashinfo file was created back in 2011.
