I'm new in working with Cisco routers. Any help would be appreciated in this.
I'm trying to setup a site to site VPN. I have an 871 router on one end and a BEFSX41 by Linksys on the other end. I've been able to setup VPN's with the linksys router before with a Netopia. I've setup the VPN and a connection is made between the two routers and established. Once the connection is made I'm not able to ping from either end of the VPN either from the router or from a computer inside the router. The VPN Server was setup using SDM and using the wizard. The Linksys IPSEC configuration is setup with the ip address of 192.168.1.1 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0. The Cisco IPSEC configuration is setup for with the address of 10.38.0.1 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0. The IKE phases I and phase II are all working and connecting. I'm not able to ping, telnet, or anything across the network. I'm not able to get across the VPN tunnel. Any ideas?
