hello to everyone I have a problem with a router 877, the problem is that I need to change the "mac address" a VLAN, but this will not let me do it.
and if we can not change it, you can disable the function of the router VLAN?
The problem is that I need to get an IP for "mac address" in a vlan. and not how to solve this.
greetings
thanks

Why exactly do you need to change the mac address ?
What happens when you configure mac address under vlan interface ?

Hello!
I have 2 internet providers (ISP) is a DSL for me and the other attaches a static IP address for "MAC address" across an Ethernet interface that is hooked to my VLAN.
I tried to put one of the interfaces fastethernet a MAC address, and then from the VLAN, ask the IP address "dhcp ip address client-id fastethernet3" although get an address, because I can not navigate the direction vlan, which is different Mac address authorized.
thanks

You should be able to set a mac address under vlan interface, or ask ISP to authorize the current one.
