877W ISR router

I hope one of you can answer my question.

I have rolled out a number of 800 series ISR routers to clients.

I have my own 877W, but I think I might have got the power supplies of a 857 and my own 877W mixed up.

Are the power supplies different for the 857 and the 877W?

My problem is that now my wireless does not work. When the router boots up it does not even detect any wireless radio interface. The router is fully functional other than the wireless.

The router that I think has the original power supply is at one of my remote sites - 300km away.

I do not want to recall the power supply if they are the same and might just have a router that has gone faulty.

Re: 877W ISR router

According to the specification. Both 850 & 870 series with the same power supply requirement (e.g. 26W). I do think if the power consumption and the pin are the same then you should able to use it.

Did you confirm the wirless issue that is due to the power supply ? Please try to check w/ the supplier to ensure two models come w/ different or same P/S.

Hope this helps.
