Hi Ying,

what software version are you running on the 7600?

I believe you may be encountering:
CSCsm80678    SIP-200 logs "%SIP200_SPIRX-3-SPA_INTERRUPT" error message continuously
Externally found minor (Sev4) bug: D-Duplicate

which is fixed through:

CSCsq19146    FPD creation for new pegasus rx (1.6) FPA image for Sip-1 CR
Externally found severe (Sev2) bug: V-Verified

This defect is seen when there is a series of runts received on the card.

I would recommend to upgrade the FTP and IOS on the device to a version which incorporates CSCsq19146.

FPD upgrade instructions can be found here:

http://cisco.biz/en/US/docs/interfaces_modules/shared_port_adapters/configuration/7600series/76fpd.html

Afterwards, verify if the runts are still present as they may be caused by a line problem indeed.

HTH,

Bert
