I pinged gateway will be lost a lot of packets.

and the CRC counts are very high.when I set speed 10 and duplex auto.then everything will be fine.

PS:rj45-auto-detected polarity is disabled.

there is my command

int gi0/1

ip add x.x.x.x x.x.x.x

speed 10

duplex full

rj45-auto-detected polarity disabled

no shutdown.

What are you connecting to directly from g0/1? If you're specifying 'duplex full' but the other side is 'duplex auto', you're probably negotiating to half on the other end which is where your errors are coming from. You'll need to get into the device that g0/1 is connecting to and hardcode it to 10/full as well and you should be okay...

Or, you might try leaving your 1921 at auto/auto.

Speed is almost always correctly discovered - at the best common.

Duplex is also usually correctly discovered unless the other side is hard code full or is an "old" interface.
