Try to compare the output of "sh line 6" with one of the working ones, see if there is something wrong there.
You can try to switch the cable from line 6 with the one that you can see that it is working. Can you reach the same router (former connected to cable 6) via new connection? If yes than it's a problem with line 6 or cable connected to it. If not...check your router...maybe the console port has a problem.
Btw, there is no difference between sh line 6 and sh line tty 6 , but I like to specify what kind of line is there :)
