I haven't been able to access our router using the Security Device manager (SDM) from Cisco. Not sure how to create a new vpn user and add the proper access and password. We already have a vpn group setup. thanks in advance.
Your post indicates that you have not been able to access your router using SDM but does not tell us whether you have console access, telnet access, SSH access or any other access method. Also you tell us that you have a VPN group set up but does not tell us how that group is set up and how authentication is set up. If we knew these things we would be able to give you better answers.

If that is not enough to resolve your issue then please provide more detail about your environment.
