Additional FE port for 2801

Hi,

Can someone advise me on which additional module I should purchase to have additional FE ports on top of the 2 ports that comes with the 2801 router. Thanks!

Use a HWIC-4esw.

Hello Dan,

in addition to Sankar´s post, and that is how I understand it, the HWIC-4ESW does not automatically give you 4 additional Layer 3 routable 10/100 interfaces. For the HWIC to work, you need to configure inter-VLAN routing on the 2801. You might want to have a look at the configuration guide below:
