ADSL connection via Metro

Is it possible to configure an atm0.837 interface to communicate with an ESR via d-slam and metro ethernet, but on the ESR side I am using the GE4/0/0.103

I cannot ping the ESR, can you pick up any problems with the attached configs?

also why pppoe enable ?

I left out the point-to -point on the configs that I sent but it is configured that way, It was initially configured for pppoe then I added the address to test LFI, PBR and QoS because i could not get it right on Vlans..

does the idea that i have in mind for an esr to use the Ge interface to communicate with the ATM interface via a ME cloud through a D-slam sound feasible?
