After our c3560x switch resets our Avaya IP phones only do one way audio. Any idea why that may be?
We have about 25 Avaya IP phones connected to a c3560x switch. If/when the switch resets for any reason when it comes back up the IP phones only do one way audio. If we reset/reload the switch a second time the phones work normally.
The IOS is 12.2 (53) se2.
Here is the confg for each phone on the switch. Vlan 1 is the data vlan. These are daisy-chained to the PC.

in which direction?
TX or RX for the phone? Can you hear only or you can speak but you cannot hear?
before resetting again the switch you should check if the phone has received an IP address compatible with voice Vlan, that is using the correct vlan-id, that the correct ARP entry is in the ARP table of the default gateway for L3 Vlan.
Can you ping the phone IP address from a different IP subnet?
Is the phone contacting the expected IP PABX server?
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
