after Release upgrade cannot start web interface on the Catalyst

I've done a Release upgrade from 12.1(12c)EA1 to 12.1.22-EA6 on the Catalyst WS-C3550-12T

now I cannot start a web interface and get following error:

404 Not Found

The requested URL /homepage.htm was not found on this server.

How did you do the upgrade?

1) copy tftp flash

Or

2) archive download-sw ......

In short, was it a .bin or a .tar file?

If it was the .bin file you don't get the web interface with.

it was a .bin file

and I did the upgrade with:

# copy tftp flash:

Well there is you problem, the .bin file doesn't include the CMS files.

So download the .tar insted, and follow the procedure from the link I just posted.
