Is the port actually up ? If everything is working fine, it could just mean that the LED is not functioning - that would be an annoyance but not a major issue.

port is up protocol is up , ping is ok ,ospf neighbor is ok, everything is working fine.

OK, that just proves that the LED for that indicator is the problem. I'm not sure if you can actually replace the LEDs on these cards - In fact, it's probably not even worthwhile to do so.

I suggest you attach a tag to the front of the card to let your techies know that there is a problem with that LED. Apart from that, I would not worry about it too much.
