AP1242 ag with wpa2 security and problems with apple mac , never made coenction

i have 14 acces points and 65 destops ( windows xp ) and 14 laptos ( mac ) , I tried to do upgrade in my security , wep - wpa2 personal , but when i do the upgrade the wpa2 dont work in mac computers , wahts is wrong with this , canot conect or is some in configuration.

Which MacOS?  Need 10.3.3 or later, and make sure you have cleared out any old passwords for that SSID from the keychain.  usually MacOS keychains get goofy (in some MacOS versions) when switching encryption techniques.
