I just did an IOS upgrade on a new ASR 1001 router. After I do the upgrade, the permanent license I had for adventerprise changed from permanent to EvalRightToUse. Is there something that I must do to get it changed back t opermanent again? It appears that the license will expire in 60 days. If it does expire, will the router revert to IP Base level?
I checked the ASR 1001 again and I did accept the EULA:
Show License EULA
Feature name EULA Accepted
However, when I do a show license right-to-use, I get a message that says, "%No RightToUse Licenses are Active!!". The show license all still have a license type of EvalRightToUse and an evaluation period left time. When the evaluation ends, does it juse convert to RTU? Or wil this router get put back to IPBase?
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
