ASR 1K not showing the license

Hi team,

In ASR 1k Router not showing the license details, eventhough cutomer has purchased the license for it those are

1. FLASR1-FW-GTP-RTU

2.FLASR1-NAT64-2M

we are getting the following log.

router#sh license all

% Error: Licensing not supported on this platform

please any one can suggest, how can i resolve this issue.

ASR 1K not showing the license

Hi,

This device does not support software license authentication to enable features. This is the reason why you see the error message. To see the license, use the output of the 'sh ver' - features differ based on IOS image.
