ASR1013 High CPU

CPU of ASR1013 goes high and packet gets dropped. From the NMS only clue we get is sudden unicast packet increased by one of our customer. When ever there is a spike in there packet, it cause high cpu. But traffic volume is very low; max of 50mbps. Is there any other clue to troubleshoot?

Version Running: Cisco IOS Software, IOS-XE Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 15.2(4)S1

Hi fakrulalam 

Can you post the folow comands from your ASR:

show process cpu monito ( during five minutes monitoring ),  

show processes cpu | ex 0.00% 

show interfaces 

show processes memory sorted
