Hi, I’m having some big issues with the config of a Async1 on a dialer in-band to a modem.
We were using a 4000 to connect to the modem without any problem, but we just decided to change the 4000 to a 2801, all config from the 4000 were passed to the 2801 and everything was working fine, except from that connection tru the Async1 to the modem.
After some changes (like hardcoding the speed to 38400) the connection was made, but after some seconds (less than a minute) it fails and get disconnected.
I don’t know what I’m missing and I been working on this for some time without success (it is really breaking my head).
I’m adding the config of the 4000 as well the config I’m using in th 2801.
I’m including a sh ver of the 2801, a show line of the 2801 and a s hint as1.
I’m also adding some logs when it gets disconnected (file logg dissconected.txt) and some debugs (file output speed 38400.txt) from debug ppp negotiation, debug ppp authentication, debug modem and debug ip peer.
Any help will be appreciated.
