ATM IMA group bouncing at around the same time every day.

Hello,

One of our ATM IMA groups is bouncing daily at around the same time. AT&T, the service provider, has repeatedly tested all the T1s in the IMA group and they are claiming that the tests are running clean. What could be causing this issue?

There are 6 T1s in the IMA group.

The router is a Cisco 3660 with an IMA 8 port T1 Port adapter running IOS 12.3(11)T2 (Enterprise)

Here is what the logs say:
