Sorry to bring up such ancient technology...but i must. Customer still has this technology and we are in the process of migrating them to Metro Ethernet. Until that time.. Is it possible to add the atm prefix on a Cisco 7304 router with the OC3 ATM module? I have the database, BUS, and LECS configured on the router. But the prefix is learned via ILMI from the ATM switch. What the customer would like is an environment without the switch and only the router in place. The network prefix cannot be gained from our AT&T cloud. Is this feature possible or MUST there be an ATM switch in the middle?
