Most ATM errors will be reported on the main interface and the controller, depending on your platform.
With a PA-A3 or NM-1A module, a 'show interface atm2/0' would be all you need to see Layer-2 errors. If you are using VWIC with AIM-ATM, you'd also need to look at "show interface atm2/0.2" to see CRC errors on a per-pvc basis (or a 'show atm pvc ' alternatively).
If you do see errors on the main interface, you can use a 'show controllers atm2/0' or 'show controllers t1 2/0' (in case of VWIC) to see if any Layer1 issues are causing them.
