ATT 4G Service and EHWIC-4G-LTE-A HWIC issue

I have a similar issue:

ATT says that they have activated the profile but my profile is showing inactive. When I call ATT they say that they can see the device register and I'm seeing the number assigned to the controller.  Also I am able to ping the IP that ATT has assigned to the interface however "show ip int br" does not show IP assigned.

When I do a continuous ping and shut the interface down ping fails.  Just like the post above my profile is showing inactive and I have tried to reboot the router, reboot the mode, reset the modem and same results.
