Auxillary as BackUp Link

Dear all,

I have one 1741 router in which primary link is connected to HO by Lease line then for fallback we have config auxillary port for IP traffic.Find below configuration

We can not able to establised call with this config .We check line my making call by connecting phone.Is there anything wrong in config .We have to use this as backup link for primary link so that it can carry IP traffic when primary link fails.

its more than likely your modem settings.
