Banner motd

Hi All ,

I know that Banner motd can be used to display message when we try to access router.

If i want to display ten lines using banner motd which command i should use.I tried on 3640 router but i am able to see only three lines after configuring it with banner motd.

Is there any special command so that i can get 10 lines whenever i try to access router.

Hi Satish,

Can you confirm the IOS version you are running on your router. Banner Motd should display all lines and I remember a bug for the same.

Please post the IOS version on 3640.

banner login ^C

I have made config to display 11 lines. I am using IOS 12.0 and above
