Hello,

is it possible to accept default route only when an internet service provider have routes to internet (when there is no problem on ISP side)?

p.s. we have router asr 1001 with only 4Gb memory (500k prefix limit)

using prefix list with 0.0.0.0/0 le 24 , you can call in the route map and you can apply the policy in inbound to neighbor statement of the ISP. using this we can recieve default route from ISP side even though ISP announces individual prefixes

ok, I can filter routes but i dont want to accept default or i dont want ISP to announce me default route if it have problem with INTERNET connection?

In the first case i can only guess IP SLA with EEM but may be there is other methods to resolve the problem. 

I have bgp peering with two ISP. From each ISP i accept default route but when there is a problem on ISP side i dont want to route traffic to black hole i want to reroute outgoing traffic to ISP2 for example.
