BGP Event Code Error Message

Here is my BGP log.

Oct 4 00:06:05.735: BGP_Router: unhandled major event code 128, minor 0

I failed to find it on the Cisco Documentation.

I hope the expert could explain it to me. I think its regarding the BGP Open Message. After do some research, I noticed that Capability Code values 128 through 255 are for "Private Use" as defined in RFC 2434.

Please explain details. Thank you.
