BGP Load Balancing/Sharing to single homed ISP

I am trying to work out how to config load balancing/sharing using BGP to a single homed ISP.

I have to CE routers (on the same AS) connecting to two separate PE routers (on the same AS) with 20M CDR PVC?s over a STM-1 links.

BGP Configs on the CE?s are below. Please can you advise what I can do to ensure that outbound traffic from the site is load shared/balanced. Also if you feel that there is any invalid config below, please can you let me know.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks
