BGP routing problem

We have BGP connection with Two Diff ISPs(say A and B) with different Bandwith.

The problem that I m facing is that when i traceroute my network from outside network , I can see only the traffic is come throgh only particular ISP (say A) consequently the Ineternet browsing is going slow.

Pls guide how i can divert the incoming traffic into network through ISP "B" by defualt.

Use AS-PATH Prepend and advertise it to ISPA so that the path becomes less desirable
