Dear friends,

My company has since January 2008 a new ASN and range IP, that RIPE NCC has provided.

The issue is that CANTV that is a service provider of Venezuela have blocked this range ip from the year 2004. I and my providers of transit ip have tried to contact with they but We have not been answered.

Their website show:

"92.43.16.1 :4:92.43.16.1 IANA - Reserved (Sep 81) - 1099947465"

What can I do?

I looked in some looking glass, seems you're OK. I have some routers in venezuela, if you remind me I'll try to trace from there on tuesday.

Also I tried in some looking glass of America Latina and the result is successful.

I think that the problem is in dns servers of CANTV because I tried doing a traceroute to a domain and failure, but to a IP is sucessful.

Gracias por la info, yo hice un tracer inverso a 200.44.43.85 y llego perfectamente.

Al final va a ser problema de las DNS, puedes hacer un dig o un nslookup a redcoruna.com y ver si te resuelve.

Si no te resuelve me puedes indicar cual es el telefono de atención al cliente de CANTV. Porque por email no hay forma de que contesten.
