Bonding ADSL and FastEthernet Interfaces

This is my setup:

Cisco 2811 with FastEthernet0/1 connected to a G.SHDSL modem link, and an ADSL WIC interface connected to ADSL line.

I would like to bond the ADSL dialer interface (Dialer1) and the FastEthernet interface to use a single WAN IP address and allowing inbound/outbound load sharing/balancing across the two physical WAN links. I would like to be able to remotely access this router by telneting into the single WAN IP address and for the connection to use the bonded (ADSL+FastEth) interface.

If anyone has any information on how this can be configured on a Cisco 2811, it would be appreciated.

Here is a section of the config:

interface FastEthernet0/1

description G.SHDSL Internet

ip address g.shdsl_IP

ip load-sharing per-packet

duplex auto

speed auto

interface ATM0/0/0

no ip address

no atm ilmi-keepalive

dsl operating-mode auto

interface ATM0/0/0.1 point-to-point

description ADSL Internet

no snmp trap link-status

pvc 8/35

encapsulation aal5mux ppp dialer

dialer pool-member 1

interface Dialer1

ip address negotiated

ip load-sharing per-packet

ip nat outside

ip virtual-reassembly

encapsulation ppp

dialer pool 1

dialer-group 1

ppp authentication chap callin

ppp chap hostname username

ppp chap password password

Thanks in advance.

Re: Bonding ADSL and FastEthernet Interfaces

hi vasko

i dont think you will be able to bundle your ethernet and your dialer interface together to have a single logical wan link.
