Hi,

A new production router/perimeter router will have a 3M Internet link by bonding two T1 lines. How does a Multilink Frame Relay point-to-point configured? In the following attachment, int. Multilink 1 will not accept configuration for frame relay point-to-point. Much appreciate assistance.

Before getting into the details of the features, is the router on the other side also configured for either MLPPP or ML-FR ?

The data sheet from the ISP states, "Service Type: Multilink Frame Relay, with a dlci: (number)

On a separate sample sheet provided by the ISP:

"interface MFR0

no ip address

frame-relay lmi-type ansi

interface MFRO.# point-to-point (dlci#)

ip address x.x.x.x 255.255.255.252 (customer WAN Ip address)

frame-relay interface-dlci # IETF (dlci#)"

Ok, so you need MFR, that is supported starting 12.2(8)T:

Which exact IOS and router do you have ?
