Hi,
Host is generating BPDU on the Switch port. Please help when host can generate BPDU and what is the Standard Solution??
%SPANTREE-2-BLOCK_BPDUGUARD: Received BPDU on port FastEthernet2/0/18 with BPDU Guard enabled

Are you sure port FastEthernet2/0/18 does not have a switch on the far end?
You can disable (at your own peril) BPDU Guard by doing the following commands:
interface FastEthernet2/0/18
no spanning-tree bpduguard enable

Hello Rupesh,
if the host is bridging between two NICs your switch can listen to the BPDUs received on the other host NIC port.
So be careful and investigate on what is the host doing
Hope to help
