Hey folks, we have a client request to deploy a router connecting them to our network. Our client is one of the large telecommunication providers therefore they want all the bells and whistles which includes a router with redundant power built-in. Can you give me any suggestions? Are there any ISRs with redundent power modules? I am trying to accomplish this without having to take out a mortgage.

3900 series have optional dual power supply. For the smaller routers, the same is achieved using the Redundant Power System RPS2300..
All this stuff is explained in the data sheets.

3925 and 3945 support dual power supplies but you need to also take into account expected throughput.
Don't expect 1Gbps end-to-end with these routers.
