Can i have the gigabit etherent interface of my router configured with multiple subinterfaces and each subinterface would be part of diffrent bridge group and ip address would be assigned to BVI interface.(2 Gigabit ethernet on the router connected to two diffrent switches and from the switches i am carrying multiple customer networks towards router.

Hi

Yes, you can. Just be aware that the router will now participate in spanning-tree for the VLANs that the sub interfaces are part of.
