browsing speed problem

Has anyone exprience browsing speed problem with MetroE?

I have 100 web sites behind 3 MetroE links to 3 ISPs. All took only less than 3 seconds to load the homepage from ISP 1 and 3. But from ISP2, only 99 took only less than 3 seconds to load the homepage while 1 of the websites took more than 1 minute to load the homepage (this removing proxy and qos from ISP2).

From ISP2 if you could acess 99 websites with less than 3 seconds, that indicates there is no issues with the network traffic between ISP2 and your site. And thus rest of the wesbite should also have to work properly...

So for the 1 website, please check the application/ website if its configured or installed properly or not.
