We are trying to achieve HA (Device & link redundancy) & load balancing in our existing network. Please refer to the attached PPT for a detailed description of our migration plan.

Existing

3825 Voice Router

3650 Inside Switch

2960S DMZ Switch

Planned

3925 Data/Voice Router  x 2 (Active/Active)

3750-X Inside Switch  x 2

3750-X DMZ switch  x 2

Data   Router Services :-  ( Cisco   3825)

1)   OSPF Routing for Interfacility connectivity

2)   Policy Based Routing

3)   QOS ( VLAN Based Police) ( IN / OUT)    on LAN and WAN links

4)   GRE Tunnels

5)   Static Route

6)   AAA Service

7)   Syslog

8)   SNMP

9) Netflow   Service

10)   NTP service

11)   Ethernet Lease line ( Via Inside Switch using Sub-Interface)

  • What is the simplest way to achieve this setup?
  • Is Active/Active mode possible on the routers keeping in mind the services we are running?
  • I have attached the current configs. If someone can post a sample config that would be great.
